The Pastry School is M.O.F. Chef Stéphane Tréand’s premiere pastry school. This unique, extensive school will teach you what you need to learn about pastry, baking, and confectionery arts. You will come out with exceptional, knowledge and skills for: pastries, desserts, breads, chocolate and other goods. Here at The Pastry School, we make things simple for you! Everything is provided: top quality ingredients, state-of-the-art equipment, small class sizes (12 students) with cutting-edge training by internationally-renowned master chefs. Open to the public! Come, Chef Stéphane Tréand, himself, will teach anyone and everyone! Located in the beautiful SoCo Collection & The OC Mix in Costa Mesa, next-door to Chef Stéphane Tréand's pastry shop, ST Pâtisserie Chocolat! Students of all levels can choose from a wide array of subjects and class styles that meet their specific needs. Anyone can take the classes. Anyone can learn from the master.

Each 5 day classes represent different categories. For that specific week you will learn, alongside with our Master Series students, how to make varies pastries and desserts from instructions and tools provided by our Chefs.

For the intermediate or advanced student looking to learn new pastry concepts or develop more professional skills.
1 DAY CLASSES
Learn how to make French macarons from the professionals! Fun and affordable, our one day classes are the perfect way to introduce the novice to the art of pastry.
Our premier 12 week, full-time, hands-on certificate program designed for anyone who simply wants to learn! This unique, extensive program will teach you the basics of pastry, baking, and confectionery arts. Our classes are designed to be flexible yet detailed to accommodate each student with enough time to absorb each session. You will learn from internationally-renowned master chefs; receive personal attention, every day, in the comfortable environment of The Pastry School.
