This summer, for 2 days only, learn what it takes to make and create your own ice cream and frozen dessert collection! Cold components are covered in depth. Using the most modern, professional equipment from traditional scratch process to heat process oriented two-tank ice cream and sorbet machines. Core concepts of how to work with and present cold components, frozen desserts, sorbets, and parfaits. An essential part of modern pastry chef's arsenal, this class will provide key concepts and experience that will compliment any student's pastry skills.

Chef loves to do something different for each class, so pastry may vary from photographs.

These workshops require no previous experience, but a desire to learn in a fun and professional environment is expected. Aprons, pens, and recipe books are included. You will leave with a better understanding of pastry and the delicious treats made during class.
