A French traditional dessert consisting of chop pastry balls piled into a cone and bound with threads of caramel. In France and Italy, the croquembouche is often served at weddings, baptisms, and first communions.

Bûche de Noël

A yule log dessert traditionally served near Christmas, especially in Belgium, France, Quebec and several former French colonies. Made of sponge cake to resemble a miniature actual yule log, it is a form of sweet roulade. For more information on ordering a Bûche de Noël please click here.
