The Pastry School is Stéphane Tréand's premiere school for everyone and anyone who would like to attend. We are here to help enthusiasts and professionals interested in developing skills in the pastry and baking arts. Students of all levels can choose from a wide array of subjects and class styles that meet their specific needs, covering everything from fundamentals to the latest trends. You can be sure to learn something new and fun at The Pastry School.
