Which comprise a huge part of the modern pastry industry and remain essential skills and knowledge for any catering-oriented kitchen.

Build a celebration cake and learn how to make customize and rolling fondant decorations, French Croquembouches, Vanilla, and Chocolate Sponge Cakes.
